Andrew ensures that the site is running well and everyone is doing what they should be. He is also in charge of policies, procedures and HR.

Emily looks after the website, social media and all things marketing. She is also very organised and likes to make sure everything is well coordinated and in order.
Jim Johnson, Maintenance Manager
Jim gets things done! He is very good at making sure the Lenchwood is safe and everything works well.
Fraser Tooley, Bookkeeper
Fraser is brilliant at all finance and makes sure Lenchwood runs smoothly money wise. He makes a good spreadsheet and is very knowledgeable about all things money.
